  2. Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations on orders for digital items. Once your payment is processed, your order cannot be cancelled.

  3. Refund for Faulty Digital Items: We take pride in the quality of our products, and it is our utmost priority that the digital items we offer function correctly. If you find any damage or errors in the file, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to correct the problem, either by providing you with a fixed file or, if the issue cannot be resolved, by issuing a full refund.

  4. Refund Processing: In the unlikely event that a refund is approved due to a damaged or faulty digital item, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days from the date of approval.
